UX/UI Design Project, Canada Post Website Redesign

Role: UX/UI Designer, Individual Project

Overview: Set out to redesign Canada Post's website to enhance user experience and improve navigation, addressing usability issues and optimizing online services accessibility for the primary postal operator in Canada.

Impact: Based on the final round of user testing, a substantial impact was observed, with an 18.5% increase in the System Usability Scale score and an 18% improvement in the average Single Ease Question score.

UX Design Project, Team Dog Rescue Website Redesign

Role: UX/UI Designer, Team project

Overview: To address the usability issues hindering user engagement on the previous TEAM Dog Rescue website through a redesign that aligned with user preferences, prioritizing user-friendly navigation and a streamlined layout.


Impact: By iterating based on testing results, we saw an 11.5% increase in the System Usability Scale score and an 12% improvement in the average Single Ease Question score.
